Eligibility & responsible use

You must have permission to add a loved one and schedule calls to their phone number.
We may require consent confirmation during onboarding or the first call.

Not medical / not emergency

ElderCheck does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. If there is an emergency, call local emergency services.

Service reliability

Phone networks can be unreliable. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee calls will always connect or that summaries will detect every issue.

Subscription and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel anytime through the platform you purchased on (e.g., Apple/Google).

Acceptable content

You agree not to use the service for illegal surveillance or to place calls without valid consent.

This is a starter set of terms for early access. You should have a lawyer review before public launch.
